Directions is an artist-led screening series taking place at various arts, community venues, and online space from a base in Plymouth, UK between 2019-2021. Directions aims to be a critical platform for international artist film practice with a broadly decolonial perspective, addressing themes including migration, futurity, and resonating legacies of settler colonialism and empire.

Initiated by Marcy Saude and produced by Phil Rushworth, guest programmers and workshop leaders will include Kaz Rahman, Bernardo Zanotta, Languid Hands, Christina Battle, Imperfect Cinema, and Black Quantum Futurism.

Directions is supported by Plymouth Culture, the Mayflower 400 Cultural Fund, and Arts Council England.
